Robert Hatley
Robert Hatley is group vice president, corporate communications with Entergy Corporation, an integrated energy company that owns and operates regulated and merchant power plants with approximately 30,000 megawatts of generating capacity and 2018 annual revenue of approximately $11 billion. The company’s utility business serves 2.9 million customers in four states in the U.S. Gulf South.
Robert has more than 25 years of experience leading strategic communications teams and counseling executive leaders on communications, stakeholder relations, brand and reputation issues within the energy and technology sectors.
Prior to joining Entergy in 2018, Robert served as vice president, communications and community relations at Williams Company, a natural gas energy infrastructure company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also served as president of the Williams Foundation.
He previously worked as director of global communications for Freescale Semiconductor, served as the senior communications and analyst relations manager for Dell, Inc., and held various sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility within NCR, which was acquired by AT&T in 1991 and later merged with Teradata in 1992.
Robert holds Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and finance from Miami University, and an MBA in finance and international business from Baylor University.
He and his wife Josette have been married for over 28 years and have three children - Samuel (20), Emma (17) and Frances (14). They have all personally participated in numerous North American and global mission trips.
Robert and Josette are regular supporters of missions and active members in their local church. In addition to ECMI-USA, Robert currently serves on the boards of the Danny Forshee Evangelistic Association (DFEA) and Northlake Christian School (NCS). He and Josette serve together on the board of Global Mission Outreach (GMO).
